Project Description:
• Construction of a new 460 KTA ethylene unit, achieving on-spec product within 19 months
• Set a record for the shortest construction period of an ethylene plant in China — successfully commissioned 9 months ahead of schedule. The total construction period was only 19 months, one-third shorter than the industry average
• Pioneered the EM+PC total service model in China
