Contract Mode: EPC
Time: 2025
Project Description:
• 1.2 MMTA Ethylene Unit (Wison Technology)
• The first large-scale commercial application of Wison’s million-ton complete-set ethylene technology
• Gas and liquid furnaces adopt Wison HS-I and HS-II cracking furnace technologies, respectively
• Higher thermal efficiency: 95+%
• Lower NOₓ emissions: 40 mg/Nm³
• Capacities: 250 KTA (HS-I), 200 KTA (HS-II)
• Extended run lengths: >90 days (HS-I), >60 days (HS-II)

This 1.2 MTPA ethylene plant adopts Wison Engineering’s patented HS-I and HS-II cracking furnaces, together with advanced separation technologies including pre-cut, methane wash, and ethylene heat pump systems. The design accommodates multiple feedstocks such as ethane, butane, and naphtha, maximizing ethylene recovery, reducing energy consumption, and extending operating cycles. A C2 recycling process is applied to minimize start-up material emissions, and the project is executed with a deeply integrated digital design. Wison’s scope of work includes process package design, basic and detailed engineering, procurement support, and turnkey PC services for the cracking furnaces.
