Project Description:
• Expansion of ethylene glycol capacity to 828 KTA
• The largest modular project in the U.S. undertaken by a Chinese engineering company
• Scope included modular design and supply, bulk material procurement, and on-site construction and installation
• Achieved 92-day transoceanic delivery, setting a record for module unloading scale at the destination port and validating full-process modular delivery capabilities

As the largest modularized project undertaken in the USA by a Chinese EPC contractor, Wison executed EPFC services for the ethylene glycol facility, including detailed design, shop design, material procurement, and prefabrication of 11,270 tons of pipe rack modules, as well as full transport and on-site construction. This project marked a breakthrough for Chinese engineering companies in the high-end North American modular market.
