• 20 KTA 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane (Refrigerant) Unit
• Wison Engineering’s first large-scale modular process unit
• Core systems including the main unit, membrane absorption, and incineration units were fully integrated into the module
• 66 synchronized jacks used to precisely position a 60 m × 20 m × 36 m process module

The project, located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, represents Wison Engineering’s first large-scale modular process unit. Wison actively promoted the modular approach with Chinese clients expanding overseas, integrating the main unit, membrane absorption, and incineration systems into a single module. By using 66 jacks to simultaneously position the large 60 m × 20 m × 36 m module, the overall plant delivery schedule was accelerated. The owner only needed to weld a few connection points to prepare for commissioning, creating significant value.
