On October 31, 2025, the "Global Vision, Shanghai Wisdom —— 'Going Global' Development Exchange Seminar for Shanghai Survey and Design Industry" was successfully held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. As an important supporting event of the 2025 Shanghai International City and Architecture Expo, this seminar focused on the global development of enterprises under the background of the "Belt and Road" Initiative. It aimed to help enterprises seize global development opportunities, enhance international competitiveness, and promote higher-quality and higher-level opening-up and development in the industry. Li Fang, General Manager of the Commercial Department of Wison Engineering, was invited to attend the seminar and shared the company's practical achievements and experience in deeply exploring the international market during the roundtable forum session.
This seminar adopted the exchange format of "keynote speeches + roundtable forum", attracting participation from overseas business leaders of relevant industry enterprises, officials from government regulatory departments, and industry experts. Four keynote speeches were carried out around the following major themes: "Implementing National Strategy, Mapping Development Blueprints", "Empowering International Energy Development with Professional Strength", " Journey and Practices of Leading Enterprises in Going Global ", and "Exploration of Internationalization Paths for Chinese Survey and Design Enterprises under the background of the 'Belt and Road' Initiative". Combining their respective corporate practices, the speakers conducted in-depth analysis from strategic planning to practical cases, providing systematic and inspiring insights for the industry's international development.
During the roundtable forum themed "Collaborative Global Expansion, Win-Win Future: Building a New Paradigm for the Overseas Development of the Survey and Design Industry," Li Fang, General Manager of the Commercial Department of Wison Engineering, engaged in an in-depth dialogue with representatives from three other Shanghai-based "going global" benchmark enterprises, focusing on practical experience in the international markets. Li Fang shared Wison Engineering's achievements in global deployment and practical implementation. As a engineering company specializing in oil & gas processing, petrochemicals, C1 chemicals, and green clean energy, Wison Engineering embarked on its global journey in 2008, starting from the Middle East. Today, our business has expanded across major global energy markets, including Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America, forming a unique integrated core competitiveness in "Technology + Engineering."
Confronting the challenges of cross-cultural collaboration in the international market, Wison Engineering has proactively implemented a localization strategy centered on "Integration, Win-Win, and Growth." As introduced by Li Fang, Wison Engineering has established execution standards and management systems that align with local requirements and formed cross-cultural localized project teams, enabling a shift from "passive compliance" to "active integration." This approach has effectively enhanced project management efficiency and market adaptation capabilities. In terms of project delivery, Wison Engineering adopts a modular concept, leveraging the differentiated advantages of standardized design and factory prefabrication to significantly shorten project cycles. This has resulted in the successful completion of several industry-influential benchmark projects under the "China Intelligent Manufacturing" initiative. At the same time, Wison Engineering is committed to nurturing local supply chains and talent pipelines. Through technical empowerment, resources integration, and management collaboration, the company is promoting localized operations to value centers, truly achieving the organic unity of "Going In" and "Growing Together."
At present, the global energy transition is accelerating, and the pattern of international cooperation is constantly deepening. The successful holding of this seminar not only built a high-end platform for international experience exchange in the survey and design industry, but also consolidated the industry's development consensus with "collaborative going global" as the link. Wison Engineering's practical achievements fully demonstrate that Chinese engineering enterprises are fully capable of gaining international recognition through technological innovation and business model transformation. In the future, adhering to the philosophy of open collaboration and value sharing, Wison Engineering will further deepen strategic cooperation with global partners. By deeply integrating into local development ecosystems and promoting multi-dimensional co-creation in technology, standards, and management, the company is committed to becoming a key driver of "China Intelligent Manufacturing" in the international market, contributing more Chinese wisdom and solutions to the sustainable development of global energy infrastructure and the low-carbon transition of the industry.
