On November 10, 2025, William Yu, President of Honeywell Greater China and Vice President & General Manager of Honeywell Process Solutions Greater China, along with senior executives from Honeywell visited Wison to attend the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between Wison Engineering Ltd. (“Wison Engineering”) and Honeywell (China) Co., Ltd. (“Honeywell”). During the visit, William Yu delivered an insightful speech on the theme of “Business Innovation and Internationalization”.

Wison Engineering and Honeywell have maintained close, mutually beneficial collaboration in areas such as process packages and new energy. The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding marks the beginning of a new chapter in the two parties’ strategic cooperation on overseas EPC projects. Leveraging Honeywell’s global leadership in refining and petrochemical technologies, automation control, smart plant solutions, and safety systems, combined with Wison’s extensive experience in engineering design, global procurement, efficient construction, and international project execution, the two companies are forming a strong strategic partnership. The collaboration will focus on five core areas: refining technology upgrades, automation control optimization, smart plant development, enhanced safety protection, and supply chain efficiency improvement, providing fully integrated solutions. Through technological innovation and resource integration, the partnership aims to optimize project life cycles, enhance core competitiveness, drive overseas business growth, accelerate the industry’s green, low-carbon, and intelligent transformation, and jointly explore new opportunities in the global market.

The signing was executed by Zhou Hongliang, CEO of Wison Engineering, and Sunny Sun, Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions China, on behalf of their respective companies. Liu Hongjun, President of Wison Group, and William Yu, President of Honeywell China and Vice President & General Manager of Honeywell Process Solutions Greater China attended the ceremony.

Before the signing ceremony, President Yu was invited to deliver an inspiring speech to Wison Engineering’s middle- and senior-level managers on the theme of “Business Innovation and Internationalization.” This marked the inaugural session of the “Masterclass Series” launched this year by Wison Engineering’s Human Resources Department. In his speech, President Yu went beyond the narrow scope of “technology R&D”, offering high-level yet accessible insights on integrating innovation with international business development from the perspectives of strategy, mechanisms, and practical implementation. His presentation was highly engaging and received enthusiastic applause from the audience.
