On April 14, Wison Engineering and KBR, Inc., signed a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This signing marks a significant milestone, heralding a new chapter of collaboration between the two companies in the global green energy technology sector. By combining their respective strengths, the parties will conduct in-depth cooperation across cutting-edge areas including clean fuels, low-carbon chemicals, and floating solutions. Together, they aim to provide solutions with greater economic value and sustainable competitiveness for the green and low-carbon transformation of the global energy and chemical industries.

A delegation from KBR, Inc., headed by Mr. Jay Ibrahim, President of KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions; Mr. Aman Ahmad, Senior Vice President; and Mr. Cao Ran, General Manager of KBR China, attended the signing ceremony and visited Wison for exchanges. Mr. Zhou Hongliang, CEO of Wison Engineering; Mr. Yuan Jun, Senior Vice President; Dr. Liu Hengwei, CTO; Mr. Zheng Weike, Vice President and General Manager of Engineering Design Center; Ms. Li Fang, Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Department; and Mr. Zhang Xiaotao, General Manager of Marketing Department, attended the meeting.
