Wison ESG | Giving with Love, Caring for Children——2026 Children in Need Care Activity Successfully Concluded
Early summer breeze carries warmth and love. On May 26, 2026, the Wison Engineering volunteer team once again partnered with“Shanghai Baby Home,” visiting the charity space in the inpatient ward of Shanghai Children’s Medical Center to carry out a“Respite Care for Hospitalized Children”program. It aims to bring warmth and precious “respite” time to families facing long-term caregiving pressure. Through interactive games and hands-on crafting, the volunteers put ESG principles and social responsibility into action, and warming the growth journey of disadvantaged children with love and companionship.
Shanghai Baby Home has been continuously focusing on public welfare services for sick children, paying close attention to the real needs of hospitalized children and their families. During hospitalization, parents often bear enormous mental and physical burdens, living in prolonged anxiety and exhaustion. To address this, Shanghai Baby Home has developed the“Inpatient Respite Care Service”, where volunteers provide immersive companionship and interaction, temporarily taking over caregiving duties so that parents can briefly unload their burdens and ease their anxiety.
Warm Companionship, Joyful Craftsmanship
In this event, Wison volunteers led the children in two fun and meaningful craft activities: solar windmill assembly and Hanfu costume making. In the solar windmill assembly session, volunteers patiently guided the children in assembling the supports, fixing the components, and installing the solar panels. Many parents also joined in, working hand in hand with their children. As the children held the windmills they had completed on their own, their faces beamed with a sense of accomplishment. The volunteers took the opportunity to share simple knowledge about green energy, quietly planting the seeds of low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and green development in the children’s hearts.
The Hanfu costume making was also very popular among the children. Drawing on traditional Chinese aesthetics, the volunteers guided the children to become little fashion designers, using their small hands to paste fabrics and decorate details. One after another, brightly colored, childlike Hanfu creations came to life: some children dressed their“little models”in cloud-shaped capes and wide sleeves, while others added pearls and flowing ribbons. Tradition and innocence intertwined at their fingertips, sparking a unique aesthetic inspiration.
Love Transcends Mountains and Seas
In addition to on site companionship, Wison Engineering also launched a donation within the company. Employees who could not be present actively responded, voluntarily donating children’s toys, picture books, extracurricular books, and other items. Through Shanghai Baby Home, these donations will be forwarded to children in impoverished areas of China, allowing knowledge and joy to cross mountains and seas and brighten the childhood of more children. Every donation carries the care and blessings of Wison people for children far away, extending the warmth of public welfare from the hospital to more distant corners.
Wison Engineering has always upheld the mission of "Better Technology, Better Life," striving to become a "leading eco-friendly service provider" while adhering to the values of "Integrity, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Responsibility, Respect, Win-win." This event serves as a vivid embodiment of the company' s ESG practices and cultural promotion. In the future, Wison Engineering will continue to actively fulfill its social responsibilities, carry out more meaningful public welfare activities, spread warmth with love, demonstrate commitment through action, and contribute even more to building a better society.
