June 2026 marks the 25th National Safety Month in China. Centered on the national theme “Everyone Focuses on Safety, Everyone Is Aware of Emergency Response –Identify and Eliminate Hazards”, Wison officially launched its Safety Month series on June 2 at the Wison Center, aiming to strengthen company-wide safety awareness, enhance emergency response capabilities, and drive deeper and more practical hazard identification and risk control efforts.
Kick-off Ceremony: President’s Address and Puzzle Assembly
On June 2, WEL co-hosted the 2026 Safety Month kick-off ceremony with WNE. Wison Engineering CEO Zhou Hongliang delivered a keynote speech centered on three key themes: “Accountability, Hazards, and Implementation”. He called on all employees to make “Everyone Focuses on Safety” a shared commitment, ensure that “identifying and controlling risks and hazards” is more than a slogan, and have managers at all levels lead by example, embedding safety responsibilities into every role and every process.
Following the speech, Zhou Hongliang led department heads in a Safety Month theme poster puzzle assembly, symbolizing “full participation and collective effort in building safety”, officially marking the start of the 2026 Safety Month.
Safety Carnival: Learning Safety Through Fun
Following the kick-off, the QHSE Department organized a "Learn Safety Through Carnival" event, integrating safety knowledge into interactive games such as Safety Sticker Party, Safety Flight Chess, and Safety Charades. Through fun challenges, participants built the ability to "identify risks and eliminate hazards". The engaging format sparked great enthusiasm, attracting nearly 420 people within just one hour and bringing the Safety Month theme from slogan into a lived experience.

Saudi Aramco DPCU Project Launches Safety Month Activities
On May 31, the Saudi Aramco DPCU Project held a Safety Month kick-off meeting with over a thousand attendees. An environmental awareness session was held concurrently, and exemplary safety performers were recognized and commended on-site. As the project enters the critical pre-MC phase, with extreme heat coinciding with intensive construction activities, the project management team emphasized that safety must remain uncompromised. All personnel are required to fulfill their safety responsibilities, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, maintain strict control over high-risk operations and heat-stress protection measures, enhance emergency preparedness and response capabilities, and firmly uphold the safety baseline.
UAE Sulphur Granulation Project Launches Safety Month Activities
On May 29, the UAE Sulphur Granulation Project held the 2026 Safety Month kick-off meeting under the theme “Everyone champions safety, everyone responds to emergencies – identify and eliminate hidden dangers around you”. The site manager outlined the activity plan, clarified roles and responsibilities, and called on all personnel to fulfill their safety duties and ensure tangible results. The project management team will integrate the Safety Month activities of all construction contractors into its overall management framework to achieve full participation and coverage. During Safety Month, a range of awareness-raising activities will be organized around the theme, including safety training, hazard identification contests, and emergency drills, to continuously strengthen the HSE management foundation and provide solid support for the safe and stable progress of the project.

Throughout June, the company will roll out a series of activities including First Aid & AED Training, BBSO (Behavior-Based Safety Observation), “Hazard Identification from Images”, Safety Skills Competition, Safety Consultation Day, and World Environment Day (June 5), fostering a strong culture of “Everyone Focuses on Safety, Everyone Is Aware of Emergency Response”.
