Wison Engineering Showcases Engineering Innovations at ADIPEC 2026, Deepening Global Energy Cooperation
ADIPEC 2026 was held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, from November 2 to 5. As one of the most important annual events in the global energy industry, the exhibition brought together major energy projects underway and showcased the industry's forward-looking technological pathways. For Wison Engineering, this year's ADIPEC also connects two key priorities: the advancement of major projects in the Middle East into new execution phases, and the continued expansion of engineering innovation into green fuels and chemicals.
During the exhibition, H.E. Zeng Jixin, Chinese Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, visited the Wison Engineering booth. Zhou Hongliang, CEO of Wison Engineering, briefed Ambassador Zeng on the company's business development in the UAE and the wider Middle East, the progress of key projects, and its localization initiatives. He also introduced the latest engineering innovations showcased by Wison at ADIPEC. The two sides exchanged views on China-UAE energy cooperation, the execution of key projects, and Wison's long-term development in the UAE.
Following the briefing, Ambassador Zeng commended Wison for its continued commitment to the UAE market. He encouraged Wison to continue leveraging its professional capabilities, consolidate its local presence through high-quality project execution, deepen practical cooperation with clients and partners, and make further contributions to China-UAE cooperation in the energy sector.
Flex-to-X Launch: Expanding Engineering Solutions for Green Fuels and Chemicals
Addressing the evolving demands of the energy transition, Wison Engineering officially launched Flex-to-X, its integrated engineering product platform for green fuels and chemicals, at ADIPEC 2026.
Evolving from modularization and productization towards a platform-based approach, Flex-to-X represents a continuation of Wison's exploration of engineering delivery models. The platform advances the traditional engineering model from "Engineer-to-Order" (ETO) towards "Configure-to-Order" (CTO), transforming proven engineering expertise into configurable product solutions to enhance the predictability and competitiveness of green fuel and chemical projects as they move towards industrial-scale implementation.
Currently, Flex-to-X covers green hydrogen, green ammonia, green methanol, green methane/eNG, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), and carbon capture. At the exhibition, Wison's technical team also shared insights and engineering practices on topics including energy resilience, green fuels, and carbon management, while engaging with clients and industry partners on technological developments and future cooperation opportunities.
Deepening Its Presence in the Middle East: From Project Delivery to Long-Term Development
The Middle East is becoming an increasingly important part of Wison Engineering's global business footprint. As key projects progressively enter the execution phases, Wison continues to strengthen its regional project organization, resource coordination, and localization capabilities, aligning its global project experience more closely with the specific needs of the Middle East market.
ADIPEC is not only a platform for showcasing technological and engineering capabilities, but also an important opportunity to understand the market, connect with clients and partners, and deepen regional cooperation. Looking ahead, Wison Engineering will continue to build a solid foundation for cooperation through high-quality project execution, respond to emerging market needs through engineering innovation, and to work with clients and industry partners to advance further cooperation, creating long-term value for the energy and industrial sectors in the Middle East and globally.
