近日，卡塔爾能源（ QatarEnergy ）授予惠生工程（股份代號：2236.HK）與西班牙Técnicas Reunidas聯合體“NFXP Sulfur Project EPC-4”項目，合同金額超過6亿美金。

項目範圍包括建設新嘅硫磺處理、存儲和裝運設施，用于對卡塔爾Ras Laffan工業城LNG裝置產生嘅硫磺進行出口，新嘅硫磺厂每日將處理約5000噸熔流狀硫磺。

項目包含新嘅硫磺裝置與現有硫磺歸集裝置嘅連接，以及新嘅造粒裝置、固體硫磺儲存、硫磺輸送，以及新嘅船舶裝運設施。

項目工期預計為48个月，最高峰將有415名工程師參與項目。

隨著該合同執行，作為卡塔爾北方氣田擴建（ North Field Expansion Project ）規劃嘅North Field East （ NFE ）同North Field South （ NFS ）項目嘅一部分，North Field South （ NFS ）新建兩條天然氣液化裝置項目將成為該規劃最後一個待授標嘅EPC總承包合同， 授標時間預計喺2022年年底。

当North Field East （ NFE ）同North Field South （ NFS ）項目喺2027年前建成之後，卡塔爾嘅液化天然氣（ LNG ）年產能將由現有嘅7700万噸提高到1.26亿噸。

Técnicas Reunidas-Wison awarded a new contract by QatarEnergy for more than 600 million USD

Shanghai, April 28, 2022. - QatarEnergy has awarded to the joint venture formed by Técnicas Reunidas (70%) and Wison Engineering Ltd. (30%), the EPC-4 contract "NFXP Sulfur Project", for more than 600 million USD.

The project involves the construction of new sulfur-handling, storage and loading facilities to process and export sulfur from the ongoing LNG plant expansion at Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC). The new sulfur plant will process an average of 5,000 tons of molten sulfur per day.

The project includes the connection of the new facilities to the existing sulfur gathering system, as well as new granulators, solid sulfur storage capacity, sulfur handling equipment, and a new ship loading system.

The expected duration of the project is 48 months, with some 415 engineers on peak.

With the execution of this EPC contract, the only remaining major EPC contract for the delivery of the North Field Expansion Project, comprising the North Field East (NFE) and the North Field South (NFS) projects, is the EPC contract for the NFS two onshore processing and liquefaction trains, which is currently planned to be awarded by the end of 2022.

When completed, the NFE and NFS projects will increase the State of Qatar’s LNG production capacity from 77 MTPA today to 126 MTPA by 2027.
