(18 January, 2021, Shanghai) On January 18th, 2021, Wison Engineering (02236.HK) signed an EPC contract for fine chemical module in the Middle East. The majority of units will be fabricated as modules in China and delivered as integrated units. This project will be the first ever modular unit built in China and installed in UAE.

Leveraging its rich project-execution experiences and modularization expertise, Wison Engineering has taken full consideration of local project execution condition, and after optimizing several execution plans, finalized the plan as modular construction by fabricating, installing and pre-commissioning the modules in modular yard in China, and therefore minimizing impact from construction site restriction and site risk, reducing site workload, increasing working efficiency, shortening construction duration, saving cost, and ultimately deliver an on-time, high safety and high quality project.

The project signifies another major step for Wison Engineering to extend its business into chemical downstream value chains. This project will also help Wison to further expend globalization foot print.
