On October 10, 2024, a delegation of seven members from Zhongsheng Technology (Jiangsu) Group and Donghua Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd. visited the MTO project of Wison Engineering Guangxi Huayi Energy & Chemical Co., Ltd. to observe the project and exchange experiences regarding QHSE management.

The observation group first toured the project’s scaffold models, fire safety facilities, temporary power configurations, and various quality models related to foundation construction, pipeline installation and insulation, and electrical instrumentation wiring. They then conducted an on-site visit to the Wison logistics warehouse and the project site. During their visit, the guests engaged in discussions about topics such as the unified high-support formwork socket-type scaffolding, cantilever scaffolding for pipe gallery installation, standardized management of construction electricity usage, civilized construction practices, protection of finished products, promotion of soil-free installation, and overall construction organization. They highly praised the MTO project’s management in these areas.

Following the site observation, Project Manager Xu Yutao discussed the implementation of the project, focusing on the QHSE management measures and their effectiveness. HSE Director Bian Changgang shared Wison's HSE management practices from overseas projects. Niu Zhongcheng, the QHSE Director of Zhongsheng Technology Group, and Fang Hongdong, the Deputy Director of the Safety Production Department at Donghua Technology, shared their respective companies' successful experiences and future outlooks in HSE management.

This project observation and exchange provided an excellent opportunity and platform for learning and sharing among peers in the industry. Through these interactions, participating organizations gained valuable project management insights and methods, strengthening mutual understanding and camaraderie within the industry.
