In order to better promote the international talent layout of Wison Engineering and cultivate young forces for international business development and project execution, Wison Engineering and the College of International Education of East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) jointly organized the First Wison Engineering International Students Open Day on October 11, 2024. Led by Mr. Liang Cheng from ECUST, 36 international students from 18 countries came to Wison Center to experience Wison culture and learn about the development of Wison Engineering.

Mr. Zheng Shifeng, Senior Vice President of Wison Engineering, delivered the opening speech for the event. He shared the company's development history, its globalization strategy, and future growth objectives with the students. Mr. Zheng encouraged the international students to stay informed about Wison's progress and welcomed their active participation in the company's international business endeavors. He also provided thorough and patient responses to the questions posed by the students.

Ms. Li Fang, Deputy General Manager of Project Management Department, made a special sharing on international business for the students. Ms. Li provided a comprehensive overview of the company's business model, development advantages, overseas expansion, domestic and international project execution, and international team building. The presentation is aimed at helping international students from diverse backgrounds gain a clearer understanding of the strengths and unique attributes of Wison Engineering. During the interactive session, Ms. Li Fang addressed the students' questions regarding industry development and collaboration from a professional perspective.

During the event, international students toured Wison's corporate showroom and the calligraphy exhibition at the Wison Art Center. They expressed significant interest in and appreciation for Wison's cultural atmosphere, working environment, and commitment to internationalization. Many attendees even voiced their eagerness to pursue internships and job opportunities on the spot. The entire event concluded in a warm and positive atmosphere.

Wison Engineering will continue to enhance its collaboration with renowned domestic colleges and universities, aiming to develop more comprehensive and international solutions for talent selection, training, and the establishment of talent pipelines. This initiative will help solidify the foundation for the company’s global expansion.
