Wison held Shanghai National Foreign Trade Transformation&Upgrading Base Entrepreneurs Symposium

On December 26, 2024, the Shanghai National Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading Base (Chemical Industry) Entrepreneurs Symposium was held at Wison Engineering Ltd. (referred to as "Wison"). The symposium was organized by the Shanghai Chemical Industry Association (referred to as the "Chemical Industry Association") and hosted by Wison. Attendees included six leaders from the Chemical Industry Association, including Secretary-General Ji Jinhua, Deputy Secretary-General Li Aimin, and Minister Tang Huajie, as well as fifteen leaders from key chemical export enterprises within the base.

 

 

During the opening speech, Ji Jinhua, Secretary-General of the Chemical Industry Association, welcomed the participants. Zhou Hongliang, CEO of Wison, expressed gratitude to the Chemical Industry Association for the opportunity to host the symposium and extended a warm welcome to the leaders of the base enterprises while also introducing Wison's core business and development history. Li Aimin, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chemical Industry Association, provided a report on the association's services for the base in 2024, while Minister Tang Huajie summarized the application of national foreign economic and trade development special funds for that year. Representatives from Shengao Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., Sijia Environmental Protection Materials Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Donglai Coating Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. shared their insights on applying for the national foreign economic and trade development special funds. The leaders of the base enterprises engaged in open discussions, expressing a consensus that the Chemical Industry Association's services were thoughtful and effective. They acknowledged the successful organization of the application process for special funds, targeted training, and the "Shanghai Sail" economic and trade tour exhibition, which provided valuable support to member units.

 


Secretary-General Ji Jinhua attentively listened to the speeches and reiterated that the Chemical Industry Association has consistently served as a bridge between the government and enterprises, conveying national policies while addressing the needs of enterprises to relevant governmental authorities. He highlighted that the association’s expert resource library is equipped to provide comprehensive support to member units, ensuring that it remains a reliable and steadfast partner. Zhou Hongliang, the CEO of Wison, emphasized that the entrepreneur symposium facilitated in-depth exchanges among enterprises. He expressed a commitment to leveraging this opportunity to enhance interaction and cooperation with base enterprises, harnessing their respective strengths to explore new collaborative opportunities and collectively pave the way for future development.
