"FUN with Zongzi" Dual-Festival Carnival: Wison Engineering Innovates Employee Cultural Experience

As the fragrance of zongzi met with childlike delight, Wison Engineering hosted a distinctive cultural carnival that showcased its unique employer brand appeal and ESG practices. On May 28th, the "Nurturing Childlike Joy • FUN with Zongzi" cultural carnival concluded successfully amidst laughter and cheer. Through immersive interactions, employees deeply experienced the warmth and strength of corporate culture, reflecting the company's innovative exploration in ESG initiatives.

 

 

Prior to the event, an employee childhood photo collection initiative captured innocent smiles and heartwarming moments with pets. Each photo's accompanying "Make the World Better" pledge carried understanding and reflections on corporate culture and ESG principles. At the venue, four interactive zones led by corporate culture ambassadors skillfully integrated company values and ESG concepts into traditional games. In the Zongzi Workshop, canteen masters became "livestream”host, teaching zongzi-making techniques that brought Dragon Boat Festival traditions to life. The Bamboo Tube Relay exemplified the "win-win" philosophy through team collaboration. The Beanbag Toss game embedded six core values - "integrity, innovation, entrepreneurship, responsibility, respect, and win-win" - through friendly competition. The innovative "Shooting Five Toxins" ESG edition conveyed environmental protection, energy conservation, and information security principles. The event concluded with special prizes infused with corporate culture elements, allowing every participant to depart with warm memories and profound experiences.

This "heartwarming" carnival not only revived childhood memories but also made cultural values and ESG principles tangible. Amidst delightful games, beaming smiles, and cheerful laughter, all "grown-up kids" rediscovered childhood joy while replenishing their energy.
