(21 May, 2020, Shanghai) On May 19th, 2020, Wison Engineering (02236.HK) reached a strategic collaboration agreement with Shenyang Blower Works Group Corporation ("SBW Group"). The two parties will start cooperating on marketing, product development and supply services for both domestic and overseas business. The signing ceremony was held at the Wison headquarters in Shanghai. Ms. Vicky Rong, the Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Wison Engineering and Mr. Ma Cheng, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of SBW Group, signed the agreement on the behalf of each party.

The two parties have been cooperating in refining, petrochemical and coal chemical industries for nearly two decades. This agreement will further solidify the long-standing relationship and enhance mutually beneficial cooperation, marking a new milestone with strategic cooperation. During the meeting, the senior executives of the two parties had an in-depth discussion on project development, marketing plan, equipment supply, technical cooperation and collaboration on new business model. Both sides agreed to form a strategic alliance on developing technology and product standardization, domestication of key equipment, and SMART plant.

In recent years, rapid growth of investment in domestic petrochemical and in “One Belt and One Road” regions have brought plenty of business opportunities to Chinese engineering companies and equipment manufacturers.
