(Feb 26, 2021,Shanghai) Wison Engineering (Stock code: 2236.HK) was recently awarded an EPC contract by Quanzhou Grand Pacific Chemical Co. Ltd. for its PDH heating furnaces, part of 660 KTA PDH complex project.

In recent years, PDH projects are under rapid development, benefiting from strong demand growth for propylene, as well as simpler process, shorter period construction duration, lower investment cost, more competitive operating cost, and higher margin over completing processes. As core unit of the PDH project, the heating furnaces’ engineering design, procurement and construction are pivotal to the success of start-up and stable operation of the entire project.

Quanzhou Grand Pacific Chemical Co.,Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taiwan Grand Pacific Petrochemical Corporation (GPPC). This project is scheduled for mechanical completion in April 2022. Once the project is on stream, it will further enhance Quanzhou Grand Pacific Chemical’s footprint in the Mainland China, and maximize economics throughout the value chain and social value.
