Digital Intelligence Powering Quality and Transformation, Green Energy Driving a Sustainable Future — WEL Successfully Concludes 2025 "Quality Month" Activities
2025-10-14

The 2025 "Quality Month" series, themed "Digital Intelligence Powering Quality and Transformation, Green Energy Driving a Sustainable Future", successfully concluded in September. Through a series of well-structured and diverse thematic activities, the event reinforced a company-wide quality consciousness. It advanced the deep integration of quality management with the company's digital and international transformation, and its innovation in the new energy business. This has injected robust momentum into the company's high-quality development.

Top leadership unites everyone in a shared commitment to quality
At the launch of the event, Mr. Zhou Hongliang, the CEO of Wison Engineering, officially commenced the "Quality Month" by addressing a letter to all employees. In the letter, he emphasized that "quality is the lifeline of the company" and highlighted that in the face of new challenges from green energy and international markets, every employee should become "the primary responsible person for the quality of their own work". He called on all staff to "internalize quality awareness in their hearts and externalize it in their actions", resolutely advancing toward the goal of "zero defects in quality". This visionary letter set the direction for the entire "Quality Month" campaign, igniting widespread enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility among all employees.

A series of activities advancing quality culture
Throughout September, the company's functional departments and various project sites worked in close coordination, carrying out a series of effective themed activities centered on the core objective of quality improvement:

1. Professional Lectures Enhanced Expertise
The QHSE Department, in collaboration with the Engineering Design Department, Technology Department, and Construction Management Department, planned and organized a series of high-quality thematic lectures. The lectures covered topics such as the GB/T 19001 Quality Management System standards, application of the engineering documents navigation system, review of construction quality experiences from the Guangxi Huayi MTO project, and analysis of typical cases from the equipment discipline. The lectures combined professionalism with practicality, effectively enhancing employees' professional skills and process quality control capabilities.

2. Case Analysis & Suggestion Initiative Ignites Collective Wisdom
The QHSE department launched a company-wide initiative by presenting eight typical quality cases from design, procurement, supervision, and construction, calling for improvement ideas from all employees. The campaign sparked immediate engagement across all levels, generating a wealth of practical, constructive proposals focused on refining key processes like drawing management, material control, factory inspection, and construction. These suggestions, rich with frontline insights, not only reflected a culture of critical thinking and proactive problem-solving but also created a valuable pool of experience for process optimization and quality enhancement. The successful execution of this activity has effectively fostered a strong culture of "quality on everyone's mind and improvement in everyone's hands".

3. "Quality Day" Carnival: Fun and Education Create Atmosphere
The "Quality Day" carnival held at headquarters on September 9th became a highlight. Fun games like "Log Rolling", "Sandbag Toss", and "Riddle Guessing" were cleverly integrated with quality knowledge quizzes, attracting over 400 participants. The lively atmosphere effectively disseminated quality concepts, reinforcing and elevating companywide quality awareness through interaction.

4. Secure Quality on Site, Anchor Quality in Action
All projects deeply integrated quality control into construction workflows during "Quality Month". The DPCU project enhanced welding quality and efficiency through full-process QC and whole-cycle electrode management. The Guangxi Huayi MTO project has strictly implemented the quality reporting and joint inspection system with signage, and established a welder incentive and dynamic exit mechanism to effectively strengthen the quality responsibility awareness of all personnel. These multi-level measures effectively prevented quality issues and supported high-quality project delivery.

At a new starting point, the quality journey continues
Although the 2025 "Quality Month" has concluded, Wison Engineering's pursuit of quality excellence is a never-ending journey. The company will steadfastly implement the "Comprehensive Quality Management" concept, fully leveraging digital project platforms, and strive to build a quality management system covering all employees, all elements, all processes, and all data. All Wisoners will take this opportunity to transform the consensus built and lessons learned during the campaign into conscious actions and behavioral standards in daily work. Together, we will compose a new chapter in Wison's high-quality development and lay a solid foundation for building an internationally competitive global brand.
